A Cheesecake for your Family!

This is a simple but elegant dessert recipe that can be changed by means of different flavor cake mixes according to your favorite. Serve cake with raspberry puree and whipped topping. Enjoy!


1 (18.25 ounce) package vanilla flavored cake mix\
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen raspberries, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup white sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup kirschwasser
1 1/3 cups white sugar
4 eggs
Cooking Instructions:
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour

Cooking Steps:
•    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
•    Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan or a large Dutch oven.
•    Prepare the cake mix as directed from the package. Then pour the mixture into the pan and set aside.
•    Using a large bowl beat the eggs, cream cheese, vanilla and1 1/3 cups sugar. Mix very well until light and smooth then carefully spread over the cake mixture.
•    Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 1 hour. Set aside to cool.
•    Prepare the raspberry toppings: Using a blender or food processor combine and blend carefully the raspberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup kirschwasser until puree. Spread on top of the cheesecake.
